Your project

Submitting a brief is an enquiry, not a purchase. Before taking payment we confirm the supplier’s full legal and business contact details, agreed scope, delivery timetable, revisions and payment terms in writing. Work starts after acceptance and receipt of the agreed payment and materials.

Prices and care

The advertised website build is £997 upfront. Optional Website Care is £49 per month from launch. The alternative is £149 per month for 12 payments (£1,788 total), including care during that term, followed by optional £49 monthly care. Prices include VAT where applicable. Any additional work or third-party charges require your agreement. Care includes the services described on our pricing page; major redesigns, new features and additional pages are quoted separately.

Materials and ownership

You must have permission to use supplied text, photos and branding. Your domain remains yours. Project ownership and any third-party licences are confirmed in the agreed proposal; access and handover follow the agreed payment terms. We cannot guarantee rankings, visitor numbers or sales.

Changes, cancellation and issues

Contact us promptly to discuss changes or cancellation. Fees for agreed work already performed and any third-party commitments are explained before you order. Consumer rights are unaffected: where applicable, consumers have a 14-day cancellation period from agreeing a service contract. Early work requires an express request; any proportionate payment and conditions for losing cancellation rights on full completion must be explained and agreed separately.

Portfolio demo sites illustrate design possibilities and are not promises of results or statements that those brands are paying clients. We use reasonable care in providing services and work to resolve reported defects. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
